Report a Video

If a ReelCrew video shows you — or someone you are authorised to act for — and it was made without consent, tell us and we will take it down. We remove videos covered by a valid request as soon as possible and within 48 hours, together with any identical copies we hold, and we may block the account that made it.

How to report

Email report@reelcrew.ai with:

1. The link to the video (it looks like reelcrew.ai/v/…), or enough detail for us to find it.
2. Whether you are the person shown or are acting on their behalf.
3. A short statement that you believe in good faith the video was made or shared without the consent of the person shown, with any information that helps us check this.
4. How we can contact you.
5. Your signature — typing your full name is enough.

You don’t need to send us a copy of the video or any other images.

What happens next

• We confirm we received your request, usually within 24 hours.
• We delete the video and its files, disable its link, and check for identical copies we hold — within 48 hours of a valid request.
• If the account that made it broke our Terms, we block it. Apparent child sexual abuse material is reported to the relevant authorities.
• We keep a record of your request and our response so we can show what we did.
